I’m an integrative, trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping people understand themselves more deeply, heal from traumatic experiences, and improve their overall quality of life. My work blends person-centered therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-informed care, allowing us to explore both your present-day challenges and the deeper layers beneath them.

Therapy has been a meaningful part of my own growth, helping me develop self-awareness and live with greater authenticity and freedom. That personal journey inspired me to become a therapist, and it continues to shape the compassion and presence I bring to my work. Supporting others as they heal and reconnect with themselves is something I consider a privilege.

I am also a trained psilocybin facilitator in Colorado, where psychedelic services are now legal under the state’s Natural Medicine Program. My interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy comes from my own experiences with curiosity, healing, and spiritual growth. Expanded states of consciousness have offered me new perspectives and a deeper sense of purpose, and it is incredibly meaningful to walk alongside others in their own transformational experiences.

Before transitioning into the fields of therapy and psychedelic work, I spent years in global public health, outdoor adventure programming, and experiential mental health. These experiences taught me the importance of resilience, embodiment, and connection—values that continue to inform how I practice today.

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, traveling, reading memoirs, and going dancing.
