Catie Tobin, LPC, LAC, NMIT

I’m an integrative therapist focused on helping people understand themselves, heal from traumatic experiences, and generally enhance their quality of life. I approach therapy from a person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic lens.

Therapy has been important in my own personal growth process, helping me develop deeper self-awareness and live more freely and authentically. This journey inspired me to become a therapist myself, and I find it incredibly fulfilling to be part of the healing process for others.

I am also a trained psilocybin facilitator in Colorado, where this work is now legal. My interest in this work comes from my own experiences with curiosity, healing, and spiritual growth. In my own life, expanded states of consciousness have opened doors to new perspectives and deeper purpose. It’s very meaningful for me to walk alongside people in these kinds of explorations.

Before coming into the world of therapy and psychedelics, I worked in global public health, outdoor adventure, and experiential mental health. Outside of work, I love to be in nature, travel, read memoirs, and go dancing.
